Emporial Management LLC provides marketing consulting and advisory services. Because our services involve professional time, strategy work, and prepared deliverables, the following refund policy applies to all engagements.
1. Nature of Services
Consulting services are billed based on the time, planning, strategy work, and professional expertise required to complete the engagement. Completed consultation sessions, delivered strategy documents, audits, written reports, and consulting hours already performed are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client cancels an engagement before any work has begun, the client may submit a written refund request. Refund eligibility is reviewed in good faith based on the time elapsed since payment, scheduling commitments, and any preparation already completed.
3. Monthly Consulting Engagements
Monthly consulting support may be cancelled at any time before the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid month. Already-billed monthly fees are non-refundable once that month's services have begun.
4. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to emporialmanagement@gmail.com and include the client's name, business name, invoice or order reference, and reason for the request. We aim to review requests within 7 business days.
5. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on the payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in the client's account.
6. Disputes
We are committed to resolving any concerns directly and fairly. If you have a question about a charge or service, please contact us first at emporialmanagement@gmail.com so we can work toward a resolution together.
7. Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy applies to engagements entered into after the effective date listed above.
